EL: Žalgiris stronger than Crvena zvezda mts
In the 19th round of the EuroLeague Regular Season, Crvena zvezda mts suffered a home defeat in Štark Arena against Žalgiris.

The reigning ABA League champions Crvena zvezda mts will continue their EuroLeague season with nine victories on their record after 19 rounds, as the have been defeated at home court in Štark Arena by Žalgiris of Kaunas.
Despite the defeat, they will therefore remain in the battle for the Playoffs. The game was tied at the big break, when the score was 38:38, but then the guests pushed the tempo up and got in front even though, they never really managed to pull away. However this was enough for their 76:70 win in the end of the game and their sixth win of the season.
For Crvena zvezda mts, Lorenzo Brown led the way in scoring with 14 points, while Billy Baron, James Gist and Vladimir Štimac each added 9.
