Game recap: Metalac Farmakom came victorious out of the thriller in šD Leona štuklja in Novo mesto against the home Krka side. The game was open all until the final minute, when the guests were more lucky with their shot attempts and celebrated in the end. The Valjevo side is now 3:3 after 6 rounds played and still unbeaten since the moment when head coach Vladimir Đokić returned to the bench.
Key moments: Thanks to Đorđe Majstorović, who scored the last bucket before the final mintue, Metalac Farmakom entered the last minute of the game with the 71:68 advantage and as it turned out later, managed to get away with a victory. However, Dušan Kutlešić's three pointer with a bit less than a mintue remaining for 74:69 was probably the one that decided the game. The home team panicked and missed several shots until the end, so the two points went to Valjevo.
Man of the match: Previously mentioned Đorđe Majsotorović which made an important contribution at the end of the game for his team's victory was a standout thorughout the game fort he side, led from the bench by Vladimir Đokić. The player was the top scorer of his side with 18 points. He also stole 2 balls and delivered 1 block and rebound, respectively and deserved himself the man of the match honour.
Can"t trick the stats: Krka was better than Metalac Farmakom both in rebounding (35:28) and assists (23:19), but they also had no less than 23 turnovers which was probably the decisive factor that made them lose this clash.
