Mega Leks head coach Dejan Milojević and player Rade Zagorac spoke before the beginning of the Finals about their expectations, which are mostly marked by numerous injuries that Mega Leks are dealing with at the moment. However, they do not wish to surrender in advance.

Dejan Milojević, Mega Leks head coach:

"I have asked ABA League Sports Director Žarko Čabarkapa to shorten our final games to four times five minutes due to the problems that we are having with our roster, but he did not please us. Enough of joking, we seriously do have a lot of problems currently. TImothe Luwawu-Cabarrot for sure will not appear in the first game since his ankle is injured. We will see whether we can make him ready for the second and third game. I hope that he will be able to play, but everything depends on him and his condition. This is a type of injury where from day to day you just cannot know what the condition will be. He tried to practice on Tuesday, but did not manage to. Besides him, we will miss Pavlović, that would benefit us in this kind of situation, even though so far this season his minutes on court were not plentiful. Despite all of the problems and the roster that we are having, I belive in this team. It does not matter who we are playing against, we always give our best and our game suits fine nobody. We have some chances, but they would be greater if we only played five minutes each quarter.”

Rade Zagorac, Mega Leks player:

"I believe that Crvena zvezda Telekom are the favourites to win the Finals. They have a more quality team. Our team played very well this season, even though injuries were slowing us down constantly. This break between the semi-finals and finals was the same, but it does not mean that we will surrender in advance. We will give our best and see whether it is enough to triumph.”
