Krka in the semis, Rogaška and Helios will keep on fighting

Krka have secured themselves a spot in the Slovenian League Semi-finals by sweeping the quarter-final series against šenčur Gorenjska gradbena družba with the road victory in šenčur. Rogaška tied the series against Helios Suns at home court in Rogaška Slatina.

Krka have advanced to the Slovenian National Championship Semi-finals with a 2:0 advantage in victories over šenčur Gorenjska Gradbena družba and have become the first team of the league with a spot in the top four. Despite the fact that Krka were huge favourites since the very beginning, the second game turned out not to be easy at all and šenčur even went in front several times during the game. In the end, Krka cracked the home side finally in the last quarter and celebrated the victory with the final score of 81:74. Stefan Sinovec became the top scorer of Krka with 14 points and Ive Ivanov followed with 12.

Rogaška have managed to extend their quarter-final series against Helios Suns into three games, as they have defended their home court in the second game and won 76:64 in the end, thanks to great second half display (42:28). Ferme was the top scorer of the winning side with 18, while Robertson of Helios topped the scorers" list with 19 points on his account.
