Luwawu-Cabarrot is on his way to Philadelphia

Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot has officially become a member of the Philadelphia 76ers, as he has signed a contract with the NBA side, that selected him at this year's NBA Draft as a 24th overall pick.

Dream came true for now already former Mega Leks shooting guard Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot - next season he will be playing across the Atlantic for the Philadelphia 76ers in the strongest club competition in the World, the NBA League.

Luwawu-Cabarrot was previously selected by the Sixers at the 2016 NBA Draft as a 24th overall pick and he was one of the four ABA League players that were selected this year at the Draft, besides teammates Ivica Zubac and Rade Zagorac, as well as Cibona"s center Ante Žižić.

Last season Luwawu-Cabarrot averaged 14.6 points, 4.8 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game in the ABA League playing for Mega Leks, with which he reached the finals of our regional competition.
