Round 19 of ABA League will be closed with a match in Novo mesto where Krka are about to host Cedevita.

Story of the game: The spirits are definitely not very high in the Green team, as Krka suffered 9 consecutive defeats in ABA League. Nine! Therefore, the squad from Novo mesto found themselves in a very difficult situation as they are currently the last placed team on the standings. In order to avoid relegation, Krka simply need to break this awful losing streak as soon as possible, while their next chance to do that is scheduled for Sunday evening, in the last match of the ABA League Round 19.
Krka will host Cedevita this weekend, while the Orange crew are coming to Novo mesto as the 3rd placed team on the standings. They have only one win less than the 2nd placed Partizan NIS, which means that every game is very important for them, as Cedevita aim to clinch that 2nd spot and to have the home court advantage in the semifinals of the Playoffs.
Also, Cedevita will be extra motivated to try to get a sweet revenge on Krka for that shocking defeat in the first part of the season when Sandi Čebular made a game-winning shot in the final seconds.
Match-up in focus: Marko Luković has recovered from injury and he should be the main offensive power of Krka in Sunday's clash. On the other side, John Shurna is becoming one of the leading scorers of Cedevita, mostly thanks to his great shooting skills. Two power forwards who can shoot 3-pointers... Well, that will be quite a duel.
