Mitrović - "We are not running away from the favorite's role"

Crvena zvezda mts captain Luka Mitrović said that his team is well aware that they will be the favorites in Game 3 against Budućnost VOLI and added that they are not running away from that role.

"The next game is definitely the most important one for us in this period. We had all hoped that we would be able to finish the series already in Podgorica, but we were not on the level which was required to beat Budućnost in just two games. Now, they are coming to Belgrade. We are aware of the match-difficulty and that we are the favorites in this match, but we are not running away from that role. That is something we have been carrying with us during the whole season and something we need to carry out in the best possible way now when it matters the most. It is hard to play without Stefan (Jović) who is the brain of our team and the player who starts our every offensive play. But we need to find a way to be good even without him and we will do that by playing good defense and scoring plenty of easy baskets in fast-breaks."

Mitrović - "Ne bežimo od uloge favorita"

Luka Mitrović, igrač Crvene zvezde mts, istakao je da je svestan da će njegov tim imati ulogu favorita u predstojećoj utakmici protiv Budućnosti VOLI ali i dodao da niko u klubu ne beži od te uloge.

"Naredni meč je definitvno najbitniji za nas u ovom periodu. Svi smo nadali da ćemo završiti seriju već u Podgorici, ali nismo bili na zadovoljavajućem nivou koji bi nam omogućio da ih savladamo u dva meča. Sada oni dolaze u Beograd, svesni smo težine utakmice, svesni smo uloge favorita i ne bežimo od toga. To je nešto što nosimo tokom čitave sezone i nešto što moramo da iznesemo na najbolji način sada kada je najbitnije. Teško je bez Stefana (Jovića) koji je mozak naše ekipe i pokretač svih akcija, ali moramo da nadomestimo njegov izostanak preko dobre odbrane i uz mnogo kontranapada i lakih poena."
