Story of the game: All eyes of Zagreb basketball fans will be turned to the Dražen Petrović Arena on Saturday, as Cibona will host Cedevita in the derby of Zagreb city.
The clashes of two arch city rivals have never been boring and the fans expect nothing but the usual – excellent basketball and exciting game until the end – this time, as they will meet.
So far this season, Cedevita have won two games and Cibona have collected one triumph, which gives the Wolves the chance to tie themselves with the rivals in the standings. On the other side, Cedevita need to win in order to stay in touch with the top of the standings, where Crvena zvezda mts now stand alone, with one win more than them on their record.
Match-up in focus: Marko Tomas has proven himself to be an undisputed leader of Cibona since he arrived in Zagreb and he will have a decent rival on the other side this time – Džanan Musa. It will be a fantastic match-up of experience and youth and we have to wait and see which one will prevail this time!
