“We are thanking Aguilar and Magette, with which we have terminated our contracts on the effort and everything they have done for Cedevita and we wish them lots of success in the remainder of their careers,” Sports Director Veljko Mršić commented on the changes and added: “We are bringing two domestic players on their positions – Jakov Mustapić and Marko Banić. We are happy that they would become our members and we hope for them to fit into our team swiftly.”

Zagreb-born Jakov Mustapić started his career in Cedevita youth categories. In the 2011/12 season he started playing for the senior squad both in the ABA League and domestic championship and afterwards played for Zabok and Kvarner 2010. In the 2013/14 season he moved back to Cedevita and afterwards used to play also for Split, Jolly, Vrijednosnice Osijek and Miasto Szkla Krosno.

Zadar-born Marko Banić had an excellent international career in Europe. He started in Zadar and later moved to Bilbao, where he spent seven seasons. He later played for Unics, Estudiantes, ALBA Berlin, Unics again and at last for Pinar Karsiyaka.
While Banić used to be Croatia Senior National Team member, Mustapić has been wearing his country’s jersey lately.

S Cedevitom raskinuli Magette i Aguilar, stižu Banić i Mustapić
