Zlatibor down Podgorica in Round 4 opener

Zlatibor have scored their 2nd win of the season as they defeated Podgorica in Round 4 opener.

In this very dramatic game, the winner was decided in the final two minutes. Zlatibor were up by 69:66, when Podgorica guard Nikola Korać missed the 3-pointer that would have tied the score. On the other side of the court, Zlatibor star player Laquinton Ross missed his 2-points attempt, but his teammate Sandi Grubelič made perhaps the key offensive rebound. Grubelič then dished a pass to Lazar Joksimović who made an easy lay-up to extend the lead of Zlatibor to 71:66.

Zlatibor made a total number of 15 offensive rebounds in this game and eventually one of them has brought them crucial lay-up to seal the win.

Zlatibor guard Tadija Tadić was the MVP tonight as he finished the game with 20 points, 8 rebounds and with the overall index rating of 26. In Podgorica team, Nikola Janković recorded a double-double as he made 13 points and 11 rebounds.
