Borac become the first team to beat Krka on the road in the ongoing season

Game recap: Borac have become the first team in the ongoing season to beat Krka on the road. The Čačak crew triumphed in Novo mesto this Saturday evening, but only after going through a dramatic finish in which Krka almost pulled off a miraculous comeback.
Still, Hunter Hale saved Borac in the final minutes as he made some clutch shots to keep the visitors in front until the end.
Borac and Krka are now all tied on the AdmiralBet ABA League standings as both teams have the overall score of 3-6.
Key moments: When Hunter Hale scored two consecutive three-pointers to put Borac in front by 11 points – 93:82, with less than two-and-a-half minutes left on the game clock, it seemed that everything was over and that the visitors would grab a comfortable win. However, Krka’s point guard Rok Stipčević just refused to surrender. Stipčević made 8 consecutive points in less than a minute to reduce the gap to just 3 points – 93:90!
Krka came so close of pulling one of the biggest comebacks ever seen in the regional league, but they were eventually stopped by Borac's best player in tonight's game Hunter Hale. When his team needed him the most, Hale stepped up and made the key 2-pointer to end Krka's 8:0 run and put his team in front by 5 – 95:90.
With just 30 seconds left on the game clock, Krka simply did not have enough time to come back from a 5-point deficit.
Man of the match: Hunter Hale was simply brilliant tonight. He scored 27 points which is his career-high in AdmiralBet ABA League. He also had 7 rebounds and 7 assists, while his overall index rating was 32.
Can't trick the stats: If you take a look at the numbers, you will see that Borac have played one of their their best games in the season. They scored 97 points, they made 15 three-pointers, while on top of that they had just 6 turnovers for the entire game.
