Široki secure a playoff spot following a win against Vrijednosnice Osijek

Široki booked their ticket to the 2023 NLB ABA League 2 playoff after they defeated Vrijednosnice Osijek. Široki improved their record to 8-4 this season while Vrijednosnice Osijek drops to 1-11 following tonight's game.
During the first half, Široki asserted their dominance, they built a big lead in the first 20 minutes. Heading into the halftime break Široki held a big 19-point lead, following the break the host would put the game on cruise control, and they built a comfortable lead in the first half which was big enough to get the win.
Emmanuel Little tied a league record for most rebounds in a single game, he finished the night with 14 points and 18 rebounds for Široki. For Vrijednosnice Osijek, Veljko Budimir finished the night with 16 points and 6 rebounds.
