Presenting 2023 ABA Super Cup teams: FMP Soccerbet

The Panthers have once again formed a very interesting team and they might play a pretty big role at the upcoming ABA Super Cup.

FMP Soccerbet haven’t decided to change much in their roster over the summer. And there was no reason for that. The Panthers had another successful campaign in the regional league last season in which they once again reached the Playoffs.

The Belgrade side is definitely getting better every year and one of the creators of these great results over the past two years is young head coach Nenad Stefanović. Stefanović is doing an amazing job in FMP Soccerbet and he is about to continue his work as he will be leading the Panthers in the following season as well.

In this new team of FMP Soccerbet, Stefanović will have 6 players from the last-season roster, including Marko Pavićević, Aleksa Stepanović, Nikola Šaranović, Ranko Simović and two youngsters Ognjen Matović and Andrija Vuković.

The club management made sure that they fill the gaps in the roster with more high-quality players. There are some well-known faces who joined FMP Soccerbet this summer, including former Mornar-Bar top prospect Balša Živanović, then former Crvena zvezda Meridianbet and Budućnost VOLI power forward Bojan Subotić and former Mega MIS guard Luka Ašćerić.

The Panthers also penned deals with three American players - Jordan Walker (Okapi Aalst), Lamonte Turner (Kataja Basket) and Nate Watson (ERA Nymburk), while the latest two additions to the 2023/24 roster were two very talented players Lazar Gagić and Pavle Mišić who both came from Crvena zvezda Meridianbet youth team.

And it seems that FMP Soccerbet have created a pretty good squad as they are still undefeated in the ongoing preseason. The Panthers are therefore heading toward the 2023 ABA Super Cup in high spirits and be quite sure that the two-time ABA League champions will be a tough opponent to anyone in Podgorica.
