2023/24 AdmiralBet ABA League Round 25, Saturday, 30 March 2024:

CIBONA – IGOKEA M:TEL

Where? Dražen Petrović Arena, Zagreb

When? 21:00

Story of the game: In the last game on schedule on Saturday night Cibona will be hosting Igokea m:tel at home in their Dražen Petrović Arena in Zagreb.

The two squads, that still have plenty to fight for this season, will face each other after grabbing victories a round before and will try their best to go on a winning streak. And while Cibona are sticking onto the last mathematical chances of reaching the Playoffs of the season, Igokea m:tel are currently placed within the Playoffs Zone and need to keep winning in order to keep things that way.

Lately, Cibona have been in a fairly better shape than their Laktaši adversaries, having won 3 out of their last 5 games and Igokea m:tel 1.

Over the past, it has been Igokea m:tel, that has been more successful in mutual encounters, having won 15 out of 25 games against Cibona in total and 7 out of 12 when playing in Zagreb.

How will it end this time?

Match-up in focus: Perhaps the most exciting individual encounter this time to watch would be the one between Cibona’s Aleksandar Aranitović and Igokea m:tel’s Dragan Milosavljević. While Aranitović is currently the top scorer and second-leading rebounder and passer with an average of 15.3 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game for Cibona, Milosavljević has been the second-leading scorer and rebounder and the third-leading passer for Igokea m:tel all season long, averaging 9.3 points, 3.3 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game so far. Who will come out on top out of this clash?

Head-to-head score in the regional league: In total 10:15; In Zagreb 5:7.
