MZT Skopje Aerodrom seized a 16-point margin win against Široki TT Kabeli in the 1st leg of this quarter-final series. The 2nd leg will be played in Široki in one week.

MZT Skopje Aerodrom seized a 16-point margin win against Široki TT Kabeli in the 1st leg of this quarter-final series.
The boys from Skopje can be very pleased with the outcome of the 1st leg, especially after everything that happened in the 1st half in which the visiting side was a better team and in which the visiting side gained a 4-point lead – 37:41.
Yet, MZT Skopje Aerodrom crew returned on court after the halftime break determined to change the flow of this game and the home side have fully succeeded in that mission. The Skopje troops scored 48 points in the 2nd half, making not just a big comeback, but also creating a decent advantage ahead of the rematch as a 16-point gap is a pretty good margin after game 1.
The 2nd leg of this series will be played in Široki, on Wednesday, April 17.
