2024/25 AdmiralBet ABA League Round 6, Sunday, 27 October 2024:
MEGA MIS – IGOKEA M:TEL
Where? Ranko Žeravica Sports Hall, Belgrade
When? 12:00
Story of the game: In the Sunday’s AdmiralBet ABA League matinee, we will witness a clash of two ambitious teams, as Mega MIS will be hosting Igokea m:tel in their Ranko Žeravica Sports Hall in Belgrade.
Mega MIS, who have only lost their first game of the season last round on the road in Split, will be looking to get back onto the winning track and to stay in the race for the top positions in the standings. On the other side, Igokea m:tel have, after suffering a tough blow in the Round 4 against Crvena zvezda Meridianbet, bounced back in Round 5, as they have prevailed in a tough encounter over Cedevita Olimpija at home in Laktaši.
The question ahead of the Sunday’s clash is whether Mega MIS will get back on the winning track or will Igokea m:tel keep winning.
Previously, Mega MIS have been the more successful team in the mutual encounters, winning 14 out of 22 games between the two sides in total and 7 out of 11, when playing on home court.
Which team will prevail this time?
Match-up in focus: Probably the match-up in focus this time is rightfully the one between the top scorers of the two respective squads, Kosta Kondić of Mega MIS and Bryce Jones of Igokea m:tel. While Kondić, who used to be a member of Igokea m:tel until this summer, has been leading Mega MIS in scoring so far this season with 16.8 points scored per game, Jones has been averaging 14.2 points per game for Igokea m:tel so far, as their top scorer, besides also being the top passer of the Laktaši squad with 7 assists dished out per game. Who will lead his team to the win this time around?
Head-to-head score in the regional league: In total 14:8; In Belgrade 7:4.
