The ABA League Referees Commission has evaluated the referees’ decision in the finish of the Round 8 game between Cibona and Split, according to the official FIBA Basketball Rules and reached the conclusion below.

Cibona team had a right for an inbound pass at the score of 70:71, when there was 5 seconds left in the game. Player of Cibona with the number 8 Filip Bundović has received the ball on the court and started to lead it towards the basket. When he finished leading the ball towards the basket, with a ball in his hands, he touched the floor three times in a continuous movement and scored.
This is a violation of the Rules of the game and the referees should have called traveling with 1.7 seconds left in the game.
