Dubai Basketball Signs Experienced Center Sertaç Şanli
Dubai Basketball is pleased to announce the signing of Turkish center Şertac Şanlı until the end of the season.

Sertac Sanli, 34, brings a wealth of EuroLeague experience and a proven winning mentality to the team. Over the past years, he has competed at the highest level of European basketball, playing for Anadolu Efes, FC Barcelona, and most recently Fenerbahce Beko.
During his time with Anadolu Efes, Sanli played a key role in one of the club’s most successful eras, helping them secure the EuroLeague title in 2021. After his triumphs in Turkey, he joined FC Barcelona for two seasons, continuing to compete among Europe’s elite while adding domestic success in the Spanish ACB League.
In the last two seasons, Sanli was part of Fenerbahce Beko, where he once again reached the pinnacle of European basketball, winning his second EuroLeague title in 2025.
Known for his size, skill, and leadership, Sanli will bring valuable depth and experience to Dubai Basketball’s frontcourt as the club prepares for its historic EuroLeague debut.
