U19 Zadar recorded a dominant victory in the 2nd round of the 2025/26 U19 ABA League Championship Group Stage, defeating U19 Borac Mozzart by an impressive 35-point margin - 95:60. After a difficult opening-round loss, the Dalmatian squad bounced back in emphatic fashion, delivering one of the most convincing performances of the season.
Zadar set the tone immediately, winning the first quarter 18:3 and clearly announcing what was coming. Their energy, discipline, and defensive intensity overwhelmed Borac from the start, and the gap continued to grow with every passing minute. By halftime, Zadar were already up by 23 points, and the margin stretched to 34 by the end of the third quarter. The final period served merely as a routine finish as Zadar cruised confidently toward their first win of the competition.
The standout performer was Luka Bičić, who once again put on a spectacular all-around display. He finished the game with 16 points, 8 rebounds, and 7 assists, earning a brilliant index rating of 34. For U19 Borac Mozzart, Pavle Jekić was the lone bright spot, scoring 19 points and being the only player on his team to reach double figures.
