Crvena zvezda mts won the 1st Belgrade derby of the 2016/17 season after they downed Partizan NIS in front of 5600 fans in Aleksandar Nikolić Hall.

After 4 consecutive defeats in 2016/17 ABA League season, FMP got back on the winning track by defeating Karpoš Sokoli at home. Filip Čović shined by scoring 22 points and collecting 8 assists. 

Cedevita demonstrated their true strength in the second half of the game against Mornar, crushed the opponents and won their fifth game of the season convincingly. Mornar remain with 2 wins on their account.

MZT Skopje Aerodrom were down by 15 points (77:92) with just 6:20 left on the clock, but then they made a huge comeback ad scored a big win over Olimpija Ljubljana - 97:96!

FMP have suffered 4 consecutive defeats in ABA League, while Karpoš Sokoli have lost all of their 7 games so far in the 2016/17 season. Still, one of them will break their losing streak on Monday.

One of the most exciting encounters of each and every ABA League season is ahead of us – the eternal Belgrade derby of Crvena zvezda mts and Partizan NIS will be the last one in the ABA League Round 8.

Thrilling basketball evening in Sremska Mitrovica. Krka defeated Mega Leks in a match in which two teams scored 31 three-pointers combned!   

After overpowering Partizan NIS on the road in Belgrade last round, Budućnost VOLI won another big derby – against Cibona at home in Morača and keep the perfect record after 8 rounds behind them!

Cedevita want to keep moving up on the standings and to stay in the race for the top 4 spots, but Mornar will do their best to make a major break in Zagreb.

For the second time in just two rounds Olimpija Ljubljana are coming to Skopje, but they will face a different opponent this time. After beating Karpoš Sokoli previously, they will now take on MZT Skopje Aerodrom in the battle of two teams from the lower position in the standings.

Whenever Mega Leks played against Krka at home court, they scored a win. Will the boys from Sremska Mitrovica continue that tradition, or the visitors from Novo mesto will break the curse of this court? We will find out on Saturday evening...

Saturday brings us a derby night in Podgorica, where Budućnost VOLI will host Cibona in the battle of two of the top-rated teams of the league. The battle for the top will take place in Morača!
