On the road in Laktaši, Cedevita Olimpija have defeated Igokea after a double-overtime action and they stay undefeated after three rounds played in the ABA League.

Game recap: Cedevita Olimpija will stay atop of the ABA League standings after three rounds, as they have kept the perfect score this season by beating Igokea on the road in Laktaši. In a dramatic game, that could easily have gone either way, the Dragons have prevailed in the decisive moments of the second overtime and stay at the 3:0 score after three rounds, while Igokea, on the other side have begun their season with three defeats in a row and will continue to battle to avoid the danger zone at the bottom of the standings.

Key moments: After anybody’s game in the opening 40 minutes, Keenan Evans was the hero of Igokea, as he scored a crucial three-pointer with 10 second on the clock to tie the teams at 71:71. In the second overtime, Cedevita Olimpija were up again by 3 points and there were only eight second remaining until the buzzer. However, Keenan Evans stepped up again and tied the game at 80:80 and the teams went to second overtime.

With a minute and a half remaining in the second overtime, the teams were still tied at 88:88, but then Edo Murić stepped up to score a three-pointer to take his team up 91:88 and with 50 seconds remaining in the second overtime, Ryan Boatright added two more points to increase the gap to 5 points (93:88). Igokea tried everything they could in order to get back in the game, but they simply could not do it.
