Split prevail over Široki to grab the precious Playoffs ticket
What a game! Split have defeated Široki in a thrilling ending and have therefore qualified for the 2020 ABA 2 Playoffs.

SPLIT - Široki 78:76 (26:17, 22:13, 6:20, 24:26)
What a game! Split have defeated Široki in a thrilling ending and have therefore qualified for the 2020 ABA 2 Playoffs. Split have finished the regular season at the 2nd place, which means that they will have a home-court advantage in the semi-finals in which they will face MZT Skopje Aerodrom.
Split had a 18-point lead at the halftime of the match against Široki and it looked like that this would be an easy win for the Yellow crew. However, Široki made an incredible comeback in the 2nd half and the visitors even took over the lead with a bit over a minute left on the game clock – 73:70.
Still, Split managed to recover from this shock just in time to win the match. Tomislav Gabrić scored a 2-pointer to reduce the lead of the visitors to 73:72, while then Toni Perković scored the crucial three-pointer to put the home team back in front – 75:73. In the final 30 seconds, Split managed to stay in front.
