Široki gives Krka their first loss of the season
Krka suffered their first loss of the 2022/2023 NLB ABA League 2 season against Široki in round 6 in Zlatibor.

Krka suffered their first loss of the 2022/2023 NLB ABA League 2 season against Široki in round 6 in Zlatibor. Following this game, Široki improves to a 4-2 season record while Krka drops to 5-1 after 6 games.
Široki controlled the game throughout all 40 minutes, the only lead Krka had was in the first few minutes in the first quarter. Široki went on to build a significant 18-point lead by the end of the third quarter. Krka didn't give up that easily, in the final 10 minutes of play Krka went on to cut the Široki lead to one late in the last quarter. Despite Krka's efforts, Široki managed to close out the game to hand Krka their first defeat of the season.
Miha Cerkvenik was the top scorer for the Slovenian squad, dropping 19 points along with 5 rebounds and a 25 valuation rating. Mislav Brzoja led the way for Široki with 19 points, 6 rebounds, and a 24 valuation rating.
