In the opening game of the Week 2 of the Round 3 of the NLB ABA League 2 Regular Season, Ilirija have achieved their second win in a row, as they have prevailed over Zlatibor Mozzart at home in their Tivoli Sports Hall in Ljubljana.
The hosts, that are now on a 2:1 record in Group D, have made the key part of their job in the opening quarter, in which they went up by 14 points (22:8) and as it turned out later in the game, never gave up on their comfortable advantage until very finish of the game.
Zlatibor Mozzart, on the other hand, have suffered their second defeat in a row, following the Round 1 win against Šibenka and are on a 1:2 record midway through the Regular Season in the Group D.
