Game recap: Budućnost VOLI bounced back in Game 2 of the AdmiralBet ABA League Finals, defeating Partizan Mozzart Bet 84–73 in Podgorica and leveling the best-of-five series at 1–1. After a disheartening collapse in Game 1, the Montenegrin side responded with resilience and intensity, particularly in the second half, turning a 10-point halftime deficit into a crucial home victory.

Partizan Mozzart Bet appeared to be in full control during the first half. Their bench unit, led by Carlik Jones, Tyrique Jones, and Sterling Brown, brought energy and sharp execution, helping them build a 41–31 lead by halftime.

But the game flipped dramatically in the third quarter. Budućnost VOLI, playing in front of their home crowd, came out of the locker room with renewed aggression. They put on an outstanding performance in the third quarter, limiting Partizan Mozzart Bet to just 10 points, while taking a 56:51 lead heading into the final 10 minutes. In the fourth, Budućnost VOLI kept their foot on the gas. Center Alen Omić was dominant inside with 15 points, while McKinley Wright, who had been injured in Game 1, played with visible confidence, adding 14 points and 4 assists. His three-pointer early in the final quarter pushed Budućnost VOLI's lead to 12, and Partizan Mozzart Bet simply had no answer. Despite a brief push to cut the lead to seven with just over a minute left, the visitors couldn’t mount a full comeback.

Key moments: At the start of the fourth quarter in Game 2, Budućnost VOLI delivered the decisive blow—a burst of intensity, execution, and composure that left Partizan Mozzart Bet scrambling and ultimately sealed the win. Budućnost VOLI went on a massive 13:0 run in the fourth quarter to take a 73:56 lead with five and a half minutes to go. 

The quarter opened with Budućnost VOLI already leading 56–51 after a dominant third period, but it was in the opening minutes of the final frame that they fully seized control. Following the run, they gave themselves an advantage that was just too much for Partizan Mozzart Bet to overcome with such little time remaining. Alen Omić played a critical role during this stretch. He controlled the paint, fighting for position, scoring 6 points during the run, and dishing out 1 assist. Despite Partizan Mozzart Bet's efforts to get back into the game, Budućnost VOLI ensured they didn't blow another lead and tied the series at 1-1 as it heads to Belgrade. 

Man of the Match: Alen Omić looked like he was back in his prime; he was Budućnost VOLI's top scorer with 15 points to go along with 4 rebounds. Omić was in control of the paint tonight; he scored 12 points in the paint, helping Budućnost VOLI tie up the series. 

Can't trick the stats: Budućnost VOLI dominated the inside game tonight, they were outstanding down load, and the stat sheet showed it. They outrebounded Partizan Mozzart Bet and scored more points in the paint than they did. Budućnost VOLI finished the night with 33 rebounds compared to Partizan Mozzart Bet's 24; they also scored 10 points more than them in the paint (46:36). They played a physical game tonight, and that game plan worked in their favor.
