Beginnings

: Basketball Club Vienna was founded by the Stazić Brothers on August 16, 2010. In their 3rd season, Basketball Club Vienna managed to win their first Austrian Championship on May 29, 2013. In the summer of 2014 the club reached a huge milestone in their young history by acquiring their own basketball arena in Vienna.

Glory Days

: Basketball Club Vienna won their first Austrian “double” in the 2021-2022 season. On February 6, 2022, the club won the Austrian Cup, and on May 31, 2022, the club secured their second Austrian Championship. On September 13, 2022, Basketball Club Vienna was honored at the Vienna City Hall with the award for “Team of the Year.” In the following 2022-2023 season, on March 16, 2023, the club reached another significant milestone and also the biggest international success in Austrian club basketball history by becoming the vice-champions of the Alpe Adria Cup.
