Game recap: In the opening game of the Saturday’s AdmiralBet ABA League schedule, Budućnost VOLI have prevailed over Perspektiva Ilirija on the road in Tivoli Sports Hall in Ljubljana. For the Podgorica squad this is the seventh win of the season and they continue to chase the top of the Group B standings with a 7:2 record. On the other side, Perspektiva Ilirija, for which newcomer Boban Marjanović made his debut, are now on a 2:7 record, on the bottom of the standings and they will need to continue struggling in order to raise themselves up the ladder.

Key moments: Budućnost VOLI pulled away early in the game, when they came up with a 9:0 run between the 6th and 8th minute, which put them up by 14 points (7:21). As it turned out later in the game, the hosts simply did not manage to make it anybody’s game again afterwards and these were therefore the key moments of the game in Ljubljana.
