Ilirija grab a big road win in Round 1 of the Semi-finals after a last quarter comeback

Ilirija have taken the lead in the NLB ABA League 2 Semi-final series, as they have prevailed over Zlatibor Mozzart on the road in Čajetina.

It has been a game, in which Zlatibor Mozzart have quickly pulled away and led by 9 points (50:41) at the big break, but Ilirija fought their way back in the game in the second half. After 3 quarters the margin between the two sides has been only 2 points and in the final period of the game, the visiting side have made a major comeback and prevailed in the end with the final score of 82:90

This way, Ilirija have taken a 1:0 lead in the Semi-final series, ahead of the Game 2, that will take place a week later in their Tivoli Sports Hall in Ljubljana.
